Do not boil. Avoid rough, scratchy tools. After use, clean the mug, tube and cap from the rest of the drink, rinse and wash thoroughly. The mug can be washed in the dishwasher. Advices
How to teach the baby to drink from a cup?

At first it will be difficult for both of you. A bottle is associated with a baby sucking milk, with your warmth. The first attempts to drink from a regular mug will end with flooding the clothes, so for a start it is worth reaching for a training bottle (just replace the teat for the mouthpiece), and then a non-spill mug or a bottle with a straw. These stages will allow your toddler to switch from a bottle to a regular mug without a lid.
