How to use

Wash hands before using breast pads.

Open package, remove hydrogel pad from sachet and remove protective backing. Avoid touching the moisturized side with your fingers.

Gently place moisturized side on nipple skin. Prior to breastfeeding, remove the pads and place on a clean surface, with the moisturized side up. Gently wash nipples with lukewarm water and pat dry.

If the hydrogel pad becomes cloudy or dirty, throw it away and use a new one. Cleaning may result in loss of product functionality.

Unopened sachet of hydrogel pads can be placed in the refrigerator shortly before use for even better cooling.

Warnings:
